A technical background applied to business needs
My professional work under the Cyberdétective® name began in 1999 and developed around digital information and risk analysis. Today the focus is broader: helping companies maintain their sites, tools and data through understandable, hands-on IT services.
Why the service offering has evolved
Companies now rely on constantly changing websites, many software applications and working files that must remain accessible. Looking only at what happens after an incident does not address these daily needs. That is why the current Pacta 360 offering emphasises website maintenance, SEO, static HTML, local utilities, technical support and user training.
I favour technology that suits the task and can be explained to the customer. Readable website files, a documented desktop program and a tested recovery copy can be more useful than a larger proprietary platform. An important part of consultancy is discussing trade-offs and helping clients retain access to the assets they own.
- Web: maintain useful, accessible business information.
- Software: build tools around clear operational requirements.
- Advice: explain dependencies and maintenance implications.
- Training: give users practical confidence and preventive habits.

Contact Pacta 360Risk awareness without confusing professional roles
Experience with digital fraud and technical anomalies informs the care taken during ordinary IT interventions. It does not turn website management into a private investigation. I no longer practise as a private investigator and do not offer regulated investigations into named individuals.
Pacta Labs supports education and experimentation, including digital risk and COBOL. Historical OSINT materials remain accessible separately. This continuity allows Pacta to retain its specialist perspective while communicating its present-day business services more clearly to managers and small organisations.
Suggested next steps
- Understand the problem and its consequences before selecting tools.
- Explain relevant risks and limitations without exaggerated assurances.
- Deliver usable files, procedures and documentation where appropriate.
